Working with the human figure is some of the most challenging and rewarding photography I undertake. I love to work collaboratively to let personality and shared vision emerge from beneath the surface.I have worked with both professional and amateur models of all levels of experience.
I am always looking for persons with which to collaborate, both professional and amateur models or persons who just want to try the experience. I normally prefer to work on a Time For Photos arrangement (though I do occasionally make exceptions). I don’t, however, charge for my photography, so if you are wishing to build a portfolio, or just see what the experience is like, let me know. With new models I respect your wishes for what ultimately is seen by the public or not.
I am currently looking for several types of people to work with. One is mothers and daughters, sisters (grandmothers, too) of all ages for figure-portraits exploring relationship and lineage. Photos will be familial groupings in their home or significant setting. Also looking for different ethnic groups, and models with non-traditional beauty or unique characteristics. If you fit that bill, ontact me via this website for more information. I can provide references and contact info for models that I’ve worked with before.
I further continue to explore themes having to do with time and motion, as well as those i involving food, botanicals and significant objects.
If you are interested in working with me please let me know via the contact page or through my Model Mayhem account.
